so, yes, i have drank the kool-aid ( or should i say the coffee). I love being a barista at starbucks. I was a drinker before working there, but actually working for them gives a new insight to the company and i have never worked for a company that treats their employees better.
The company is good as a whole but my location is what makes me love my job. My manager has put together an awesome team, and with the majority of us being new, it could have been disastorous, but it wasn’t. He has created such a comfortable environment, as cheesy as it sounds. I feel myself when i’m there, maybe because we all have such open personalities. I know that i will never get sick of this job.
